April 1, 2010 - October 31, 2010 = $650/wk; $1,800/mo

November/December, 2010 = $750/wk; $2,100/mo*

Strictly non-smoking.  No pets permitted.

Maximum number of guests permitted: 4. 

Deposit: $300 for weekly rentals; $500 for monthly rentals.  The deposit (and the completed Rental Agreement -- see "Policies" link in blue below) is required to hold the reservation.

The deposit becomes the security/damage deposit, in addition to the rent, and is fully refundable within 10-14 days of check out, assuming no damages are found by our caretakers (see rental contract under Policies).  Refunds of payments are also reviewed in the rental contract under Policies.

Rent/tax is due in full 30 days prior to check in for weekly rentals and 60 days prior to check in for monthly rentals.
